Does Purdue have the classiest fan base in the B1G Ten? Let’s vote!

Classiest Fan Base in the B1G Ten?

Yeah but how could a classy Fanbase allow their pep band to play “Michigan“ as one of their main fight songs for their Boilermakers?

Instead of “let’s go blue” do they say boiler up or something?

at least the Hawkeyes would never play another team‘s fight song or cheer.

I was thinking the same thing. What the hell was Michigan's pep band doing there LOL

Ya they’re good people. Sat by Purdue fans all week at the BTT. Got to know them. At first it was just a buddy and I rotating grabbing beers. By Friday the Purdue fans around us were in the full rotation and lasted the rest of the tournament

I’ll also add the biggest dbag fans over there was Illinois. Nobody could stand them

My vote is for you guys, with Arkansas as a close second. I honestly can't wait to get back to IC for another game.

I haven't been to a ton of B1G stadiums but Michigan fans have their noses so high up in the air you can see inside their heads; tOSU fans were nice; I really enjoyed my time in Nebraska; psu was better than I thought it would be but still sucked. Between the erector set stadium, the shrine to joepa outside the stadium (white lantern bags in a heart, with candles and signs that said remember joe 🤮) and the frat boy who ran through our tailgate and stole the R flag we had clamped to our tent, I won't be back there any time soon.

I've said this before, but I look forward to hosting you guys when you come to play football this October (I'm looking at you @Farleyhawk )

Was shocked by the game day atmosphere at Rutgers. Pleasantly. I will say that the tailgates have a different feel to them with the bourbon and pork roll being served instead of beer and brats. We quickly adapted though………

We may lose the game but we never lose the tailgate. Our tailgating scene is the hidden surprise at Rutgers. Very hardcore.

I don't know about their fans, but I've always had respect for Keady and now Painter. They ran/run clean programs, play hard, and win a lot of conference games. Nine Big Ten titles in the last 40 years. The one knock on them has always been winning the big game. They both have had some really good teams but no Final Four appearances and only 3 Elite Eight appearances. Purdue's last Final Four appearance was the same year as ours, 1980, but the season before Keady started with them.

Sure, but the PSU fans were pretty much the worst. That alone disqualifies them from any consideration.

Perhaps you should try interacting with someone in person. The girls are actually girls and will talk to you if you try.

See, red/green. Actually I would have said that to him IRL as well, it just would have come off as a joke. Sarcasm doesn’t work well on the internet. No offense Jonesy.

Tell it to @MrsScrew .

In person, it is PSU fans. Have been to every campus for football weekend multiple times and they are hands down the best. If you havent been to Happy Valley for a football game, go. It is a really great experience.

Ive heard this repeatedly. Which is quite strange because their internet fans are the worst.

Nebraska does have classy internet fans. At least one in this thread.
