It's remarkable to watch what seems like ambivalence from the Republican party but actually is submissive to the extend it has abdicated its Constitutional responsibilities. By forfeiting its responsibilities for funding and allocating by agreeing to allow the Executive Branch to arbitrarily erase those funds allocated is breaching the Separations of Powers and, additionally, by allowing an unvetted civilian with absolute and disparate conflicts of interest, which likely will be tested legally is a unique and unparallel situation.
