Enough with Jordy

Right...I'm confused by the 2017 comment.
It’s just a joke referencing when fans were upset after back to back loses, Jordan bohannon took to twitter to impersonate Aaron rodgers. 5 years later he still wishes he could cool critics mood with an outstanding performance. Missing that clutch three after a terrible game with too many minutes, that isn’t going to get him on a hot streak anytime soon.

Dude, I know...I posted the tweet. I didn't understand the guys' 2017 eyeroll emoji comment. I didn't get if he didn't understand the joke, or was pointing out how long ago it was, or what.

I blame Fran. After losing Garza, Weiskamp and Fredrick his plan to replace that production was a 6th year for Jordan, Rebraca and a scholarship for Austin Ash. When Rebraca is the closest thing to a success from that Iowa was never set up to compete this year. Fran has never been able to continue momentum in the program. That and his failure to reach the Sweet 16 is his achilles heel. I think we have seen the ceiling for Fran at Iowa. Keegan will leave and Iowa will be somewhere between 7-10 next year in the B1G as well.

14-55 for 3 during conference play at a whopping 25.4%. Worse was his 3 at the end of regulation where he got it and was going to shoot it high or hell water and play hero ball with Keegan luckily bailing him out. Throw in his usual piss poor D. Worst part is last night it was obvious any chance PSU could they would isolate his guy with the ball and we saw at the start of double OT first two buckets that way but Fran again rode him again until the end.

To be completely fair, I don't think Fran thought he'd need a SG, until CJF screwed him last minute. It should have been CJF and Perkins.

Can we have the Fran and J Bo defenders just tell us now, that they will be forgiving Fran next year, because the team lost 2 seniors (who played major minutes) and the best player? Maybe J Bo could benefit from some rest? It's unreal how stubborn Fran is.

I’m petitioning for an extra year for JBo. Iowa just won’t be the same without him…

Illinois announced Alfonso Plummer incoming portal transfer 4/17/21

CJ announced he was leaving 4/18, so yeah, CJ screwed over Fran big time, but Fran never has shown ability to reel in high level Portal players.

Fran was supposedly family friend and gave a scholly go CJ a year early instead of having him walk on 1st year.....and CJ still screwed Fran over even though Fran had done a lot for him.......so that makes me think CJ was not in love with Fran's coaching style....or chances of winning any type of Titles at Iowa under Fran. I suppose the tampering and Kentucky being dream school made it a done deal.

How about Kris at the 2 and go big - maybe we will get more rebounds!

I wonder if PMAC might just as well play the 2- guard since he doesn't want to mix it up inside.
He handles the ball pretty well and is low turnover guy and he likes to leak out for fast breaks instead of rebounding/defending. He already is guarding perimeter players as 3, so guarding a 2 is not that big a change. Pmac body type is sort of like Mike Dunleavy, Jr, the 6'9 shootig guard/small forward out of Duke in early 2000's.

Kris Murray is more the banger, at the 3 you need to a guy willing to compete inside for defensive rebounds and and also play perimeter.

I also would like to see more of Kris, Keegan, Pmac together....Kris and Keegan end up defensing the post in that scenario, so foul troubles for both limits that option.

Sandfort is the other guy I'd lke to see get some of JBOs minutes.
