Fani Willis.

Chis' and I are basing our statements on facts. So far there have been no uncovering of improper behavior that would force her out.
And maybe and hopefully you're right. Let the process play itself out. That's all.

You non lawyers might want to read this article.

In every state, including Iowa, attorneys have to conduct their business according to the rules of professional conduct. Georgia has similar rules. This suggests, even if the conduct was legal, it was unethical.

Lawyers in every state, including Iowa, have been disciplined or even disbarred for less.

These proceedings are public record.

If the appearance of conflict of interest is the problem, she's fooked. You repaid someone with cash, and you can't source any of it and your blocking your bank records, that's fu.cking shady.

Ah, she's just as racist as Google.. noticing a real theme among these leftists..

do trump supporters think adultery is disqualifying now?

or is it just bad when a woman does it?
I don't want Donald trump near politics ever again, your argument is tired and worthless with me. If you wanna discount what fani has done bc you want "vengeance" against Trump just say so. No reason to be so indirect.

what did fani do (as it actually relates to trumps case)...and how does it change the facts of the case?

Do you understand how misconduct works or do I need to get real 101 with you on how things work?
i understand she's accused of having an affair with one of the special prosecutors

i also understand that the alleged affair has nothing to do with any of the facts or allegations of trump or any of the georgia case's defendants

The accusations are she hired Wade as a Special prosecutor and paid him/his firm upwards of $700,000 of tax payers money. Also that she did so while they were in a romantic relationship. Also that he paid for cruises, trips to Belize and Aruba, among others with her. They claimed she paid him back. They say she paid him back for all of it. He used his credit card to pay for all of these. They say Willis paid him back in cash. When asked for bank receipts of withdrawals, she said she paid him back with cash she had lying around the place where she lays her head.

That’s the story to this point, and now that there are text records and cellphone pinging that may implicate them, they may have lied under oath.

Nothing settled yet. Still on going.

right...i generally got all that

and none of that has any direct implication on the accusations against anyone related to trump's case

No they don’t. But they do bring up ethics issues around the DA, which is a real, and legal thing. They could end up making those two step aside and let someone else prosecute.

Trump’s attorneys, no doubt, are hoping the next prosecutor looks at the case and somehow decides it isn’t worth prosecuting or lessen the charges. At the very least, push the trial back significantly. It’s Trump’s lawyers being lawyers.

Anyone defending her now is corrupt. She needs to go to prison.

As for this case, zero chance this case should move forward. Fruit from the poisoned tree.
