Favorite steak seasoning

Besides @jasonrann of course. (still gotta get my hands on that). When we were in Chicago last year the wife (no pics) dragged me to The Spice House, I was thinking what the hell are we going to a spice store for? An hour later she had to drag me out of there. Anyway I ordered more from them recently. One such find was their Steakhose Smoke Seasoning. Sprinkled some of that along with their Milwaukee Avenue Seasoning equaled one of the best steaks I've ever cooked.

Anyone else come across an amazing seasoning I should keep an eye out for?

I buy’em, take’m home, unwrap them, throw’em on the grill and
Eat’em. Good beef...good pork don’t need any seasoning....

then some liquid smoke & some worcestershire sauce and several drops of tabasco. The Adolph's says 15 mins. i do 24 hours many times. great thing about marinades is its hard to f*** them up

You have probably done it already and didn't even know it.

If your secret family recipe contains salt, and if you've ever seasoned a piece of meat hours before cooking (without using any binder), then you dry brined.

I got this over the weekend and used it on a hanger steak...so good. Gives it so many layers of flavor. It's from Momofuku

Growing up in Bakersfield, Santa Maria style seasoning was the norm and all we usually ate was tri-tip. It's salt, pepper & garlic salt

Misty’s. You can can’t find it too many places. Misty’s is a local steakhouse in Lincoln, NE. You can find their seasoning around Omaha or buy it online.

Runner up, or could possibly replace it would be @jasonrann dad’s glorious concoction.
