If Trump want to cut the size and scope of government there is a way to do so….propose it to Congress, have them debate it, pass the bill and have him sign it into law.
This by-passing the Constitution and forcing the Courts to play the part of law makers just won’t cut it., Do it the right way…. Make Congress participate. After all, that is the job of Congress.
We have a government that was designed with 3 branches and each branch has a specific duty and checks and balances over the other crashes if government. We do not gave an imperial President and for a reason. This government was given to us 250 years ago and it is our obligation to maintain it….or overthrow it and start over.

I don’t think any of us knows how this money is being spent, really. The new releases right now are agenda driven by someone who is out to make any governmental spending tantamount to incestual rape. Thus is not the truth either. I am sure there is some degree of waste here but the vast amount if $$$ spent I’d certainly in the best interests of America and its citizens. But in the current atmosphere, “the truth” is not coming out anytime soon. I think there is going to be a lot “throwing the baby out with the bath water” however. The money “being saved” will be spent elsewhere .
No it isnt. The President is the head of the executive branch and can fire whomever he chooses. Congress funds the executive branch. You know, the power of the purse. Which would have nothing at all to do with who works for it.

There are “checks and balances” in place. Nixon thought he could do anything because he was President. He couldn’t.
