He is going to ASU to train with Zeke. Not a bad choice for a single (I assume) young college grad to spend a few year. #jealous-as-hell, I mean, yeah Ohio is great

Ruth looked like the future of 86kg and Oliver looked like the future of 65kg. Hopefully Nashon's freestyle career doesn't follow the same trajectory.

As a card carrying PSU fan, I love Ed Ruth, but I have to say that very few people were surprised how things turned out at ASU. The last couple years, it seemed like he was biding his time for mma. I think the mma draw will hurt any chances we see Aaron Pico represent the USA at the Olympics as well. Hard to dedicate yourself to an amateur sport when Ben Franklin is calling you.

A couple? Come a few miles over the PA boarder and tell me again if a couple would do it. If a couple is 6 or 7, then i might agree, and it would have to be 7&7's in place of martini's.

I guess I don't see the draw. IMO Ruth and Oliver have both regressed. I think it's fair to say some (not all) of there super recruits haven't improved either. I'm wondering if the MMA gyms are paying the wrestlers good money to be workout partners.

I'm guessing it might have a little something to do with getting back towards the west coast, as he is from California.

I'm guessing he'll be great competitor, but I don't think he'll ever be the future of the weight class.
