If I were as terrible at my job as your tech guys are at theirs, I would be unemployed. Can't even run a damn clock.
I have recently been unable to log in. I emailed there support and they are pretty clueless so I am stopping payment from my credit card. Ridiculous to the point that I have stopped the account. Maybe when they get their stuff together,I will rejoin. I was paying 20 $/month and they kept telling me to join Flo Pro for 12.50 a month. What the hell was I paying for all these years? Why can't I log in to do anything? And in the words of Uncle Leo - "Will someone answer that damn phone?"
No I tried everything. All it did was send me to a page that told me to pay 12.50 per month for flo pro. I then emailed and someone got back to me saying that they had the account in my wife's email. I still could only get to a page where they wanted me to pay 12.50 a month for flo pro. Now instead of paying 20 per month I am paying nothing and not subscribed to flo. I am pretty sick of the commercials and all the bs (poor streaming. slow loading, no pictures of Tognetti's women). Hopefully, I will calm down in a few weeks and try to rejoin. Worst case scenario, I save 7.50 per month.Were you attempting to log in using your username, or your email address? I read something on their site yesterday about some changes to their equipment. It said you have to log in using your associated email address, not your username. Not sure if this was the problem for you.

I’m so fing pissed at Flo right now been trying to get a response from their customer service since Friday... emails ... phone calls... no response.... terrible customer service...My credit card company is disputing my payment and processing as fraud... tried to sign up for a month wound up getting charged for a whole year.... apparently happens pretty regularly as they actually say on their site t if it happens to contact them and they will refund.... but they just seem to ignore any attempt to reach them
