That’s the car version of the reverse peep hole. Why is the camera facing that way? You can’t even masturbate.
The only thing I can figure is he’s an Uber or Lyft driver so has it facing that way to record his passengers.

That did not look like a road rage incident. That looked like a guy thinking he was getting ready to get shot. Like he was thinking it was a hit.
You know, with the double break check and the aggression with the driver that went around him on the driver's side I'm going to go out on a limb and say he was looking to shoot someone.
On one twitter version , it says the driver told police the other guy shot first, which I agree it does appear the window breaks before Mr Rapid fire starts missing everything.
Guns make our society so much more civil....
If this was gangland-style gunplay, then outlawing guns won't stop that.
