Grew up on a farm and agree. Know a police officer who shot the family dog for growling at a baby.
Hounds dont make great pets and are loud. I kinda get it...but there is more to the story. Hounds arent made to live on chains or behind fences.

Housing costs going so freaking high because of the number of new immigrants is killing lower income people. There is only so much low income housing and when you increase the demand for it so much, it hurts the folks that currently live in it

the main reason housing costs are so high is because we had a historic dip in the construction of new housing for the better part of a decade post 2008
i know we all like to blame immigrants for eveyrhting imaginable, but they're pretty far down the list on "who's to blame for the lack of affordable housing"
But illegal immigrants are one of the things that never should have happened...

Housing skyrocketed during and post Covid. Here in Arizona, our home went up 80k in one year, and has gone up another 75k since. That’s all since 2019.

Both our doodles were very “puppy like” until almost two. I suppose all breeds are different.

Rental units for low income people are in super high demand. Millions of low income folks coming each year. They aren’t buying new houses. They are stacking 10 people in a 1 bedroom apartment

Googled it . It says small breeds can reach maturity by 10 months. While larger breeds can be as much as 18 months. So as I sad it varies.
I remember about 8 yrs ago. Being at a friends house in the City. They lived in a Cape Cod maybe 1200 Sq ft. Neighbor had similar house with a family of about 12. Not sure if they were renting. It was a Korean family. Crazy to live like that.
