Since it's not first Pemsl's arrest, this should not be a "make him run laps" type of punishment.

Since I am not an offender or attorney....what does a driving with a suspended license bring in legal terms?

1 game will do it for basketball. A judge will dish out the civil punishment. He could go to jail but probably won't. I assume he'll get an OWI/DUI lawyer and plea bargain.

Not to be that guy but I will. The release from Iowa said only that Pemsl will be suspended for Iowa's game at Indiana for violating the code of conduct. It didn't say that he was going to serve just a 1-game suspension. Could be semantics, but the way I read that is more could be coming based on whether Pemsl does whatever he is supposed to be doing between now and the day after the Indiana game.
