I’m coming down with a cold and have a mild case of diarrhea, so probably nothing too exciting this weekend.
Going to go yell "echo" at CHA on Saturday afternoon during the game. Will be on the alert for tumbleweeds bouncing through the concourses.

My daughter came home with a fever and a cough, about 5 days before we left for Cozumel. Thankfully dodged that. Sitting at dinner before my son's concert on Tuesday, he proceeds to tell me that his stomach hurt all day. Thankfully I've been in Cozumel since Wednesday and no issues, outside of having to beg to have my GF's parents turn on the air conditioning so I can actually get some sleep.
Any big plans for the weekend? Or anything good on the menu?
I'm not doing shit tonight. Tomorrow I think the plan is to head up to Ten Wasp Brewing in Sumner for a bit since they're having their 1 year anniversary party this week. Special release of a german chocolate imperial stout! Besides that, I think my weekend will consist of a few things around the house, and then watching college hoops. Oddly, I'm far more excited for the Iowa womens game, and the UNI vs Drake games on Sunday than I am for the Iowa mens game tomorrow.
I think smash burgers on the Blackstone are on the menu for Sunday. Unless I feel extra motivated and clean up my smoker a bit, then I may change my mind.
Got a solid workout in this afternoon after a quality workday. Gonna go over to neighbors in a few and see what those crazy fkers are up to, probably something about doobies. Get up tomorrow, lift and the maybe an outdoor run. Big day Sunday with a college basketball games of personal interest.
