One thing about Harbaugh is that his teams really don't overlook anybody. I'm not even sure when his last loss in CFB was that you could chalk up as a big upset. His most recent losses in CFB were OSU last year, MSU last year, @ Utah last year, @ Oregon 2010, then 5 losses vs Oklahoma, Cal, Arizona, Oregon State, and Wake Forest in 2009 (of which only Wake Forest had a losing record).

He's insanely competitive and gets his players ready for every game. He makes everything a competition from spring practice through fall camp and the players that win starting positions are the ones that just keep winning over and over. They all know if they don't bring it, they will be on the bench because there are a bunch of guys trying to beat them out every day.


Iowa could win tomorrow night, but I highly doubt it's because Michigan comes out flat and overlooking them. They are going to be jacked and ready for a slugfest.

Just think if Harbaugh had Kirk's agent. If the guy can get Captain K 4.5 mil/year for 10 years (plus incentives) with absolutely nobody wanting to steal him away, just think what the man could get Harbaugh. Might see the first and only 50 mil/year coach in history.
