Has DeSantis Yet Taken Those Calls from Harris Regarding Hurricane Aid?

Because DeSantis has apparently always dealt satisfactorily with Biden in prior disasters, so why did Kamala feel the need to try to interject herself into this current situation? I know the answer…to simply try to look presidential. Kamala just needs to sit down at the “kiddie table” and let the adults handle this.
No, he just can’t stand it that RDS is doing an amazing job under the circumstances.
If DeSantis doesn't start crying about it to Fox News nobody would actually know she even called. It's the standard "I'm going to politicize it by claiming my opponent is trying to politicize it" move the GOP uses. And of course the usual suspects take the bait hook, line, and sinker. That is so far from the truth I’m embarrassed for you.
It started with Kamala walking up to the reporter on the Tarmac and the reporter asking her about the ABC article. On Monday afternoon Ron was doing his hurricane update and a reporter asked him about it. He was unaware of Kamala’s comments and even said during that press conference that he didn’t want to talk politics.
He then went on Fox later that night as the story was getting bigger.
Kamala also went on the View and spoke about it
1. While Desantis is absurdly and often ham-handedly political, my sense is his track record of dealing with storms has been historically pretty adequate (though our florida participants can certainly correct me). I'm sure both Florida and FEMA will do their jobs fine here too.
2. It's a shame that hurricanes don't occur in the spring, ie, not election season, so that politicians could better resist the urge to make political hay about the response to natural events that aren't always cookie-cutter easy to respond to (see, eg, katrina)
3. So, is kamala the hurricane response czarina or not? (If not, who cares whether she and desantis are talking)

Seriously, You cannot make this stuff up. Harris complains that he won't take her calls, then AFTER that, when asked about it, Desantis explains that he wasn't even aware she called and that he is too busy preparing for a possible 100 year storm. Then these Dems warp the story to fit what THEY want the public to believe. LOL!!

There are a lot of things to criticize DeSantis about...Hurricane response isn't one of them.
When a disaster like this occurs the governor talks to the president every time. It’s just what happens. I did not see what you’re referring to but whatever as far as Biden.

So why did Ron refuse to talk to them? We all know his excuse that he didn't know they called is pitifully stupid. What are your thoughts on why he refused to talk to the people who could help most?
Fine, maybe I was wrong about the order of events. But if Ron doesn't act like a toddler in the first place then this never becomes an issue. At most Harris says that she has spoken with the governor and we have assured him that we will do whatever is necessary to help recover from this. And that's it. Hardly politicizing the storm.
Well...he DID talk to Biden. So weird. You even acknowledge he talked to Biden. Talked to him 2 days ago. The storm doesn't even make landfall until tomorrow. That's four days in advance. And he said he didn't know she was calling. Also, after seeing that Kamala is completely useless when given a task, why on earth would you feel the need to talk to her?
You absolutely cannot wrap your head around the fact that Ron had already spoken with Biden. Biden even acknowledged that in his press conference. He said he had spoken to him again and that Florida has what they need.
Ron said in his press conference that Biden called him while he was in the helicopter a few days before when he was touring the storm damage.
Talk about a fake story made up by the Kamala campaign. Biden has no issues and neither does Ron

She is likely to be the next President of the United States and the situation in Florida will certainly be an issue the next President has to deal with. After the child in Florida refused to pick up the phone. One of the most populated places in the State is about to be wiped off the map by what could be the worst natural disaster in American history and the governor of that state is refusing to even speak with members of the government that will try and help him. This after his party spread massive lies about how the government supposedly did nothing after the previous hurricane that went through. I guess Ron was just upset she cut him off at the pass for trying to make that claim again? It is what it is.

Biden/Harris failed with the last storm. I chose to believe the residents on the ground. Cripes, she comes out on video saying they have a approved a WHOPPING $750 for residents hit hard by that storm, then when people smash them for the silly amount, they come out and deny she said it. LOL!
