Just screening some resumes here, and I've got a lot of qualified candidates for a graphic design position. I'm running across several who include headshots...
I've decided this is more likely to hurt than help. One candidate had a decent looking resume but did a terrible job touching up their headshot... reject...
I have, however pushed some to the next step whose resumes were ugly, because their portfolios were good.
What say you, do you include headshots?
