How many times do you check your phone per day?

How about you?

Sadly, I probably meet those average numbers without even realizing it.

Check your phone for what? I use my phone for more than a phone. It's my information center, my entertainment source, it tracks my steps, it's my alarm and timer system. It's my primary source for new knowledge, I buy and sell stocks and mutual funds, and much more.

I'm retired and don't have an employer that says no phones in work area. I check it 80 an hour.

Today it's zero. I'm really hoping my phone is in my car. If it's not, I hope it's not on vibrate because I don't know where to look. I think this is how kids end up with phones. Moms get tired of them stealing their phone.
