Kings shot 38% from the field and 23.4% from 3. Defense was bad, but those shooting %s will not win the game. Only scored 97 points, and well below their average. Regroup and come out with a fire.

Monk was the big disappointment, they need his points off the bench and he has the experience to be ready for road playoffs.

Yeah, the Kings stunk it up on both sides of the court.

In a 17 point Kings loss, these numbers really stood out:

* The Kings gave up 18 offensive rebounds.

* Golden State had 21 second chance points (at least that's what the number was late in the game, when the outcome was long decided).

* If the Kings shoot 30% from 3 (instead of 23%), that gives them 9 more points (14 made threes instead of 11)

The biggest issue is that the Warriors are targeting him on defense.

The Kings coaches & players have had 2 days to make adjustments

It will be interesting to see if anything changes/improves

Bottom line: the Kings have to shoot better & rebound better. As mentioned above, in the first 3 games, the Kings have shot a combined 32/116 (28%) from three. And somehow the Kings still lead 2 games to 1.

Today's game tips at 2:30 PM CT on ABC.

GS is a 7.5 point favorite.
O/U is 237
(a 122-115 type game?)
