Yeah I've jaywalked that same intersection

There's a metal fence in the middle of the street in front of the parking garage on that side of the street, so it kind of encourages it, I suppose. I probably would have jaywalked too if I parked there. I usually just park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage on the same side of First Avenue and take the Skywalk and then the elevator or escalator depending on which side I'm going to.
