If a thread is deleted do you lose your post counts?

Like if you have 16 posts since 2015, do you get knocked back down to 15 if a thread is deleted?

There was a thread that was just deleted that had a poster who only had 16 posts since 2015. And they had 8 likes. All of them from that single thread. So now that poster has 15 posts and 0 likes. Damn, that's cold whomever deleted that thread.
