Is that what Iowa fans are expecting? I could see Kem at 149 his freshman year but to me he looks as if he’s outgrown the weight.

Kemerer’s 149 days are long gone. With sorensen gone next year, it makes all the sense in the world to let Murin and Lugo resume their more natural weights, 141 and 149. I think a 133 cut will be pretty hard for Murin next year, as he keeps growing and adding strength.

Why not let Kemerer grow into 165 and push the Bull up to 174? If not by 2019, then sure by 2020? Or at least let Bull grow past Young and get him in the lineup, too?

You could go ahead and waste your time and resources recruiting guys overseas that most likely would never come to fruition. All the while, PSU and Ohio State are on the recruiting trail right here in the good ol USA focusing on kids that are hammers in all 3 positions.

I'm hearing the solution to our woes at 133 are about to end. I'm hearing Murin to 133 and Lugo to 141. That would be a salty lineup if Spencer pulls his shirt and Downey gets his degree fron ISU and is at 184.

This would be f'in insane. Can't say I wouldn't love to see it, but it would be insane. Hey, if they can be healthy, go for it. I hate to see guys cutting beyond a healthy point. Obviously - how would I know? - this is something for the Hawks/wrestlers to figure out.
