Iowa Recruiting weekend

How much money did they spend on those two? Guessing not much
I have no idea. I would assume not much either. They also have Gollhofer for 2 more years. I would take Dru on the cheap. There are at least 4 weights that needs some real attention though.

Giving NIL real estate deals so they can live in it while in college and own afterwards as an asset is the way to go. Set them up financially don't allow the kids to waste the $.

There’s a good idea in here but a house would come with a high tax price tag so the deal would have to include significant cash, making it a much more expensive and complex proposition than simply giving them a house.

If kids in a non income producing sport like wrestling can get expensive vehicles in addition to cash and other goodies, can imagine the NIL money flowing through football and basketball. Would love to know everything the SE Polk kid got from Alabama for switching to them the day before signing day

I think the OKSt car dealership guy gives athletes (Dee Lockett, Fix, etc) a year lease on a truck as a part of the NIL deal. I don't think (and I could be wrong) he is just handing them an 80,000 truck free and clear.

The vehicles are normally leases, not a transfer of title.

That said, even if the trucks are given to them, the taxes on a $50K truck and a $200K house are vastly different.
