By the end of the Rutgers deal Penn State will still be the school from the East that Iowa has played the most.
Of course clown fans will ignore that. They ignore whatever shows their delusions to be just that delusions.

If Iowa is so weak, why does ISU keep losing to them? Must mean the Hawks are the better team.

So ISU's last conference title was 1912. In that year they lost to Iowa and finished the season with a win over Drake.
It's becoming more clear why Pollard tried getting Drake as the last game this season.
You do realize that the change was due to going up against Iowa’s dline regardless of first, second, or third game, MC even said so. You lost. Get over it and go away.
Ya, ISU currently has the #2 SOS while Iowa is #41. Any teams ISU lost to that Iowa would have beat? No, didn't think so.

Important to point out that that 1912 title was *shared*. Isu has never won a title outright.
ISU played TWO conference games in 1912. Those titles are about as relevant as Major League Baseball when the pitcher threw underhanded.
According to clown fans they count. I hear Pollard is in process of creating giant flags for their stadium as a way to intimidate opponents and fans with their dominant and rich tradition of excellence.
Will they make giant flags for all of the championships they should have won if they weren’t screwed over by the refs, weren’t forced to play a game they weren’t ready for or forced to suspend players for the first 5 minutes? I can’t imagine that stadium holding all those flags. I guess they better try to expand again
Maybe they also roll out Top 5 or Top 10 RPI flags. That would definitely make Trice stadium more intimidating and help mask all the open seats.

ISU fans have sought and received extensive psychotherapy to forget what predated the last 21 years. And I don't blame them.
What's hilarious is they tout last year as beating all these top teams but they lost to Iowa in Ames. They tend to forget that was Stanley's first road game as a starter and Iowa put up 44 on that stout defense
The last 20 years is a pretty good sample for most of the fans on these boards since most are about that age. The point is Iowa fans think they are so much better than Iowa State when in reality over the last 20 years they are about 500 against ISU and the better team has not always won. As in last year. You do realize is has been 32 years since Iowa won an outright conference championship? Again most of you weren't even born yet.
It's been 125 years since you won an outright title. That's the worst in the history of cfb and it's not even close. Clowns are historically in the top 5 worst programs of all-time and you want to compare your program to Iowa.
