I'm sorry, just because someone goes to Kentucky, I'm not going to suddenly cheer for Kentucky to be a better team than Iowa. Wishing her to become a 4-year starter at Kentucky is the highest compliment I can give her. At the same time, I will cheer for Iowa to be a much better team than Kentucky, whether or not there's Greenway playing for them. And where did you get that Iowa didn't want her?
Wonder if Koupal will trek over to Sioux Falls from Wagner, SD to watch the Hawks. Geographically, I think the Huskers have an advantage if she wants to be closer to home.
(Not that this is everything) I have not seen her like any Iowa social media posts, but has liked multiple Nebraska recently (same with Leelee Bell) so I don’t know if she is that interested in Iowa.
I forgot about Bell. I think we were her first D4 offer. Not sure how much those likes really mean. I remember Bjorn liking a post by Woliczko when she visited Iowa. Bjorn was with Lewis that weekend at Notre Dame. Seems like Lewis and Bjorn are very close, probably from playing AIA together.
We were late offering Koupal, seems like Nebraska has the inside track. A lot of Husker fans in South Dakota.

I have a note that she visited, but I didn't see an Iowa offer on her yet.
It's why I haven't added her to the target list above.
Example: She had an Iowa State visit and then the very next day does a post about the offer from Iowa State.
I don't see that for Iowa. I see other offers on her account, but not for Iowa. I also don't have a X account so X only shows some of their post and usually it's older than 2 months in the past. Meaning there could be an offer listed on her account, I just can't see it.

Yep, you're correct. Just noticed a couple days ago that LeeLee was 6'2" - 6'3"ish also. Was thinking she was a smaller guard like Guyton.
Thanks, for the info on Mueller. I spent some time looking for an offer several times. Finally gave up, just couldn't find it.
FWIW, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Nebraska, TCU, Louisville, Mississippi State, Purdue and Wisconsin all offered Bell in 2023. Iowa offered Leelee Bell in June 2024.
She was with whole family and maybe some HS teammates. Took a lot of group pictures with Coach Randi before the game behind the basket nearest the tunnel.
Would we take two guards in this class? What is Lewis waiting on? Kussow and Lewis would be great but we would be stacked at guard. Doubt we would take two.
We do run a guard-heavy O ... so you never know.
Looking to that class - it would appear that we could use more wings and/or versatile forwards. Cloning Mallegni and Stuelke would be perfect ...

Can't believe Bjorn would want Talia to publish 4 now prior to her picking ~10 later unless she wanted it leaked out for some reason. However, saw a podcast with Olivia Vukosa like a week ago and she said only 5 of the top 16 schools on her list were in constant contact with her.

I have read several times that Bjorn was a Texas lean, although she visited Notre Dame the same weekend Lewis visited. I could see both committing to Notre Dame.
Thanks for verifying that. Was there anything that stood out that caught your attention or was it just nice pleasantries about all 4 schools?
The only thing that got my attention was she said she visited ND with Jenica Lewis and you never know who will end up at the same school.
After watching Woliczko film, rather have her.
Maybe the recruitment of her has something to do with it? I don’t know.. good luck to Bjorn it will be interesting to see how she does wherever she may end up

Didn't like reading that Woliczko's Dad likes ND. I would hate to lose her, Lewis and Bjorn to the Irish. Yep, of the 3, Lewis sounds like our best shot followed by Woliczko. I guess we'll see where McKenna takes more visits. Hopefully we get an official one from her.
At least someone on the boneyard still thinks we have a chance to land her as well as everyone on this board.

For me it’s kind of hard to get too excited about Harpring until she actually shows enough interest to visit.
I think it is only natural for the future rising stars to aspire and pursue greatness as well as welcome comparisons to past goats.

On Iowa Kate said that she really likes Jan, She has heard the fans are really crazy and she said she is not sure if she likes that or dislikes it, Said she would like to visit and see the campus and see what the academics and athletics are like.
What I found interesting was her comments about visiting LSU, She said LSU seemed to be all about NIL and that she really isn’t into that.
Reading between the lines it sounds like having her family involved during visits was pretty important, Some schools did very well in that area and others not quite as well. You do have to keep in mind the article was late September and she has had more visits since then.
