Iowa Wrestlers who have Signed NIL Deals

Celebrities, personalities, stars or superstars will occasionally trademark things and stuff with little intention of actually benefiting from that property. The trademark is a protection of intellectual property. The filing is simply to prevent others from exploiting, cashing-in or denigrating the trademarked item.

With wide disparity of new NIL state statutes caution is recommended/advised.

He's going to make some money. He's not going to make a lot of money. Most of it will be generated locally.

If SM reposts here are a good indicator, perhaps one additional upside of this whole scheme is that as fans we may actually get a little better feel for the personalities of some athletes.

I like the timing of the new NIL deal for Iowa Wrestling, being both the historic and now current top brand in NCAA wrestling.

Limited edition, signed posters will be available shortly.

Personally haven't purchased any of the wrestlers gear yet. I'm holding out for Cassioppi's line through Ironside Apparel.

I already have the design figured out. Tony and Mark, you are free to steal this million dollar idea.

Picture this:

Plain white tee

Covering the entire front is a close-up of his trademark grin.

On the back, in large, black print along the shoulders:
