Is Spring Practice still slated for 3/31?

I read in the CR Gazette a little while back that there is no concrete date for Spring practice to start, but the program was shooting for right a date of March 31st. It said they want 8 weeks of training prior to practices starting and with the late start to the second semester, they have sort of tentatively planned on this being the date, but there is nothing concrete.

Anyone have any updates on this? TIA
