Them boys READY!! Keegan 6’9, 224 lbs and Kris 6’9, 222 lbs. Might be a problem with them on the floor together!!

Are they TRULY. 6’9”? Because they were listed at 6’7” I think when they were signed?

Really looking forward to watching them play together. You must be incredibly (and rightfully) proud!

Yes, they are 6'9. They graduated from Prairie HS at 6'6.5. They came from DME at 6'7.5 and now they measured at 6'8.75 with no shoes. Not inflating height. My wife has brothers that are 6'4-6'5 and we have cousins on the Murray side that were 7'0. So not surprising that when genetics kicked in, they have continued to grow.

Really looking forward to Kris surprising non-Iowa fans(and many Iowa fans) with how big of an impact he will make. Iowa is vastly underrated because nobody understands yet what he can bring, and that is somewhat true of Keegan as well now that he will get serious minutes and be relied on to score.

Wow, Keegan is a big guard. Like Durant!

I loved watching your sons play last year. Was the best part of being a Hawkeye fan. Legacy + talent.

I'd like to see what the dynamic would be with Murray, Murray, P-Mac, Rebraca, and a PG. I don't know about Filip, but our other Big's can pass and shoot with range.

Fran finally has the pieces to just get out and run run run and not JUST via the pass but also with the players themselves. This team is incredibly athletic and there is no center piece to it that needs to be worked through like Garza last year (and that isn't a complaint about Garza, I loved watching that guy).

Yeesh those boys are tracking for 6’11 by senior year!
By the time they get to their senior year I and many others have a feeling Keegan will be in the NBA. Wouldn't mind having the appeal to play with his twin bro keeps Keegan here for another 2 years but would never blame him if he leaves when he does. It's amazing how kids like this keep growing.

Yeah Keegan will probably have a shot after this year

There are a few studies that suggest, especially in boys, that twins do not attain full height until a bit later in young adulthood than 'singletons.'

Its more exciting what they could potentially be defensively.

To have two guys at 6'9 on the floor at once that can defend the rim but also switch onto guards, combined with some really tough on ball defenders in Perkins, Toussaint and Ulis is a recipe for smothering D.

Wonder Twin Powers activate!!! ..... in the form of First Team All Big Ten Players !! (You have to be of a certain age to understand this corny Superfriends Cartoon reference) :)

Thanks for sharing Kenyon! Absolutely can not wait to watch your boys play. So proud to have them wearing the Iowa uniform and excited and encouraged for their future! We gonna surprise some folks this season!

less zone for a change under Fran and several guys that like to play defense. Keegan definitely was good defender last year and Kris probably the same.

Cannot wait to see them on the floor. Stretchy defenders and stat filling kind of guys that help win in a variety of ways. The Ks and PMac can cover a lot of the court, and Joey T is probably running around between them dogging the ball.

See lots of traps (at least I hope so) and much ball pressure.

My twins just turned 21. Boy twin is still growing, almost an inch in the last year, while his sister is not.
