Very impressive career so far! Even more impressive about the assists is that Connor has been the starting point guard for the past 2+ seasons.

They've really figured out Bohannon. Keep a guy tight on him near the arc, and then wait for the bad pass.

It's just so weird. I feel like he usually makes 2. Like if he scores 6 points we always win? I don't know, just seems very insignificant that he making 2 threes would have an actual impact on us winning.
to me, its a stat that shows the offense is probably clicking when JBo is in a groove & making 3s. And when the offense is clicking, that normally means an Iowa W.

when he is not making 3's? We see a game like Indiana

another example of how often the media was bringing this stat up:

Yeah, the guy attacked as a non point guard his entire career is going to end up the career leader in assists. That's the point guard's number 1 metric. He's not a prototypical point guard but an assist is an assist. Career leader in three pointers. Its kind of hard to find but if the media guide yearly totals are right I think Jordan has the highest career free throw percentage-I couldn't find it but maybe someone can, hence the need to look at season leaders.

Yet the complaining, that started as describing Jordan as mere fall back recruit still continues. Jordan had seven assists tonight. Iced the game at the line (cuz he's almost a 90% career free throw shooter) and scored in double figures. He's also had more 10+ assists more times than any other Iowa player.

I just wish that Iowa had the type of PG who could consistently “bring it” which would allow Jordan to handle the ball quite a bit less. Unfortunately, on this roster, that guy may be a Freshman who hasn’t quite gained the trust of the staff to play extended minutes.

How cool would it be for Garza to get the scoring title and Jbo the assist title the same game.

Or...the same play. Boom. Now if only fans were there. That part sucks for these guys.
