I think his point was that the thinking was that Iowa backed off Brock because they were getting Goodson. If Iowa backed off Brock because of $$, than backing off Brock isn't an indication we're getting Goodson. It's doesn't change the odds, it just changes the potential signs that it's a done deal.

Well technically he is a 4 Star per 247. They have Hall ranked as the #11 RB in the class, Brock as the #7, and Goodsen as the #29.

So are the "rumors" getting around on Brock? For a guy of that supposed level (4*) his offer list doesn't look that impressive. His "ranking" on rivals has also dropped consistently since last fall
