The Committee on Codes of Conduct of the US judicial conference does not view this as a problem, considering it has issued an advisory opinion stating that a judge does not need to recuse himself because his spouse recruits attorneys on behalf of firms that have business before the court.

Roberts is arrogant, and doesn’t care access to him has a price. Kavanaugh is a deeply flawed man. Two justices were picked by the wrong president. Obama should have filled Alito’s seat, and Biden should have filled RBG’s seat. The people know this. Alito is a raging pot of grievances seeking to exact revenge.
