Says a lot when Lester is not allowed to bring His own WR Coach when He is literally the only Coach on the Iowa Staff who has ever had any success with a WR room , Lazy BS good ole Boy Club hire that craps right on Lester's toes
Well, Copeland was grossly overpaid. JB feels like a Dollar Store hire - yay!
Still crazy to me that Budmayr has NEVER coached WRs before.
We've seen this movie before.
At least however, as a OC and QB coach he's at least worked with WRs before. Not nearly the same disconnect you saw with BF as first OL coach then QBs.
Brian had a lot of experience working with QBs before he became our QB coach. As a center he snapped the ball to them a bunch in college.
