When the Packers drafted Jaire Alexander (5’ 10”) CB out of Louisville Round 1, 18th pick I believe, I was so stunned and told my old man their new GM would rue the day he passed on Jackson. As fortune would have it, the Packers got him the next day. CB is one of the toughest positions to judge from college-to-NFL, and it’ll be interesting to see which of the two has the better career. Would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in the GB draft room as they debated this.
I’d say Jackson will have the better career, but if they both pan out, the GB secondary will be among the league’s best for years to come.
