Trumpers and magats. If you bought tiny's argument that prior court cases against him were rigged as a result of President Biden using the DOJ to go after his political opponents, how do you reconcile Judge Cannon throwing out the documents case?

Is she not a member of the same Judicial branch that trump has been dogging every day?

It's almost like there are different people within the organization who may be having a power struggle.

So is the case still "rigged" against him, as he's commented? Or, is it not rigged now that he got a favorable outcome?
The favorable outcome was the result of a judge deciding the case had illigitimacies.

Those illigitimacies are what are pointed at as the evidence for the system being rigged.

But to follow the conspiracy theory, Biden specifically put in place trump-hating judges.

Why not in this case, perhaps to most important one?

The fact is, Cannon's ruling effectively destroys trump's "rigged" theory.

Sadly (for democracy sake), trumpers still don't get it.
And couldn't care less. Just like how they won't acknowledge how down ticket Republicans won races in 2020 that Trump lost. Either the ballots were totally compromised or they weren't. No logic gets through.

The DoJ is part of the Executive branch. Federal Courts are part of the Judicial Branch.

Trump is way more critical of the DoJ.

As well as he should be. The DOJ is actually doing their work honestly. And as part of the judicial branch, she is just another lying, fascist piece of shit, so why would he criticize them.

Where do you even start with this clown statement? lol (DOJ is not the same as the Judicial Branch)

She might be the only Federal judge to come to that opinion, whiskey. However, she has served her purpose….bought the Orange (and red) Turd some more time to avoid prosecution….she showed the importance of loyalty over serving the law. I think the appeal and summary disposition of the case will be very interesting…..is it possible if the prosecution’s appeal is successful, the Court may send this case back to Florida….but assign a different judge to handle it?
I guess “justice will be done” but apparently the only folks who have a legit claim to the outcome being rigged will be the Prosecution.

Wouldn't double jeopardy apply or no?

No…..the prosecution appeals and wins….the appeals Court sends the cases back to Federal Court for trial….I heard, the case is sent back where the federal Court can assign a new judge to hear the case.
Judge determines whether or not the State (Prosecution) was correct in bringing these charges forward….this is where we are right now…
Appeals Court decides if the Judge was correct or incorrect in her ruling……(this is where this case is going next)….
