‘Very, very troubling’: Judges, lawyers flummoxed by Judge Cannon

Another poor response. He does have them, the documents are literally presidential records.
Which the PRA identifies as US Government property.

Not Trump's property. And exactly zero of the classified docs fall under anything that would allow Trump to actively and secretly keep them. Which is what he did, knowingly. That was not true for Pence or Biden.

And? Once he's no longer president, he's not supposed to keep them at his residence.

Let alone, attempt to hide them from FBI agents coming to pick them up.
And try to erase camera footage that shows this.
And enlist co-conspirators to actively move them around so they cannot be collected.

Then, try a Hail Mary to get 'absolute immunity' for his crimes from the SC.

Listen shit head. You have no proof of what you are accusing. However, the FBI either f'd up or Trump continued in his lazy lawless days when his attorneys magically found more secret documents in his nightstand months after the search warrant was executed.

Trump defenders are way worse than OJ defenders. The evidence is there. It is not hard to see. You don't see Dem's defending Senator Menendez. That is the difference between knowing right or wrong. Poor Donnny, he had bad parents.....he didn't learn that rule.
You are a liar.

The FBI admitted they staged the documents with cover sheets they brought with them and then leaked the photos to the press. As an example.

This is well publicized and a part of the court record.

Stop lying

This is such an idiotic argument, which is exactly what is expected from you. Kept them secretly? What a buffoon. And the argument has never been about keeping them as his property dipshit. He's allowed to possess them, under his statutory duty from the PRA, FPA, and PTA. Biden NEVER had that authority for the DECADES he kept them "secretly" to make $8M off of a book too.

You're always so dumb.

I can't believe anyone is still trying to defend this one. Having some records isn't good, but to lie about having them and then trying to hide them is inexcusable. This wasn't an honest mistake and makes me really wonder if he wasn't showing them off like trophies.

And now this poster is somehow trying to argue Trump was entitled to have them all along…weird how his lawyers haven’t been able to get this case tossed if that were the case.

No, he cannot not. You stating something "continuously" doesn't make it so.

If it was that simple, then why hasn't this been dismissed?
Yes, it is so and you stating something "continuously" doesn't make it so either. And I already gave the answer to that, but you choose to ignore it. It's pathetic you people think he "stole" things. Incompetence at it's best.

Then why hasn’t Cannon tossed the case?
1. Are dismissals done based on fact or law?
2. Has Cannon ruled on all the dismissal filings?
3. Are Trump's attorney's done filing new dismissals?
4. After each pre-trial hearing, more and more damning information about the FBI comes out.
5. The more lawfare is in the news, the more Trump's polling numbers go up.

Do you really think this case (and the others) is solely about getting it to dismissal? Good lord people are dense.

Um, yes dismissals are based on the law
If she hasn’t ruled on this aspect, she really is an idiot, as it would render everything else moot
Trumps lawyers will file every motion possible to delay, delay, delay
You’re simply wrong here - zero findings of wrongdoing by fbi have come out; cannon even just ruled against one of those this week
You think Trump would rather be spending millions on this trial vs on his actual campaign? Bear in mind, his conviction in the ny trial hurt him in the polls a bit, not helping.
