Baylor University deserved to get kicked out of the B12 after the rape scandal a few years back. Wasn't Baylor' s first horrible deed. They had a murder 10 years earlier and the actions by the head coach were absolutely horrendous.

And I just realized that Oregon State knocked Baylor out of the tournament twice, in 2016 (the jacket toss game) and again last year, which ended Baylor's 30-game winning streak. See, it happens, to Baylor, quite often.
On a side note, Oregon State has been pretty good! Arguably better than Oregon for the last few years, until this year. Both teams were nothing before this decade.

Mulkey has a long history of crass, rude, unethical, immature (we all can be, yes), disgusting, arguably illegal behavior. The school she works at has done the same thing. All of it is there for the viewing. Those of us who find her to be a POS human being are basing it on the ENTIRE package.

That was such an easy opportunity to express nothing but compassion and contriteness, and a promise to do her part to make sure the institution never gets it so wrong again. Like layup easy.
Whether this missed opportunity makes her a bad person or not, who knows. Personally, I will always have a hard time with people whose instinct is to protect the institution over the least powerful members within it or affected by it.

As far as Iowa goes, I don’t expect them to win. But is it that hard to show a little class in presser regarding your opponent? She can say what she wants behind closed doors, but to me, she is everything that is wrong with college sports.
