Being at the game, there were a huge number of LONG, TV timeouts, it killed the crowd. it also became difficult for teams to build momentum. The crowd actually started to boo them. I think day games are better for this reason.

I watched the whole game . I thought your crowd was pretty good . Your defense kept you guys in the game . I still say you guys going to have a great season . I will agree with the long timeouts. I go to the SC home games and the SEC TV timeouts are long . Good luck to the rest of the season

Crowd was great. Defense was great. Special teams were awful and offense was bad as usual in big ten games. I don't care how many yards....17 points. Not good. Less than 20 scored in 7 of 10 bten games with daddy's boy as OC and OP knocking crowd? Stupid.

OP is spot on... we just need to demolish Kinnick and play home games in a middle of a corn field with no crowd, or just petition the BIG to play all of our games on the road.

If Beyer doesn't gift wrap the ball to them at our 7 and ISM doesn't play tip drill on a ball that should be caught in last minute they score 14. Thats pretty great D in my book. Bailed out Groeneweg on his pathetic butt fumble. Sick and tired of people bitching about D not being perfect when bad offense and special teams make their job near impossible. Our offense sucks and so did the special teams Saturday. Oh and it might be nice if our best defender started and got more snaps but if O carried their wight we'd be fine. 17 pts. Jeesh
