Lawsuit against NCAA alleges sexual misconduct by Neb and MSU FB players

So the worst case for Debby here is they get hit with the whole "lack of institutional control" thing if they can prove it was a culture for an extended period of time on campus correct?

It sounds like the two guys from this year have already been removed but if they can prove the university has a culture of protecting the players at all cost this could be Baylor 2.0?

lol...you dismissed similar allegations because they were made against the school you like and it doesn't fit your narrative that KF is immune to player misconduct.
In America anyone can allege anything the burden of proof is on the accuser. Nebraska is about to have another case of proven guilty against them. You are making yourself look like a fool, go home Doofy.

Please name a Hawkeye football player that committed sexual assault, was allowed to keep playing, and covered up by the University... I'll stand by for your answer.
No one is taking the issue lightly, but your pointing a finger at a basketball player that was dismissed from the team, while the lawsuit is about a program and University that covered up multiple incidents.
Good try at misdirection, you're a failure like the program you support

You cross the line on Kirk Ferentz team, your more then likely GONE. Can we say that for all the problem children of the Cornhuskers past?

Don't waste your time. This is the same Nebby troll that pushed the Coker incident a few months back. Coker was never charged with a crime and was not the principal of the investigation-he was a witness to an alleged incident. But in this assclown's mind that puts KF in the same level of culpabity as the guy that hid while LP drug said coward's girlfriend down three flights of stairs by her hair. And then there was Christian Peter. And Scott Benning. And on and on and on. Up to.and including the present team. This douche got banned and is back under a new nomiker.

No team is immune from this type of thing.
Actually, this is what happens when you use a shotgun to recruit top athletes that the real blue bloods did not want. Character matters, and when you gather a critical mass of people within an organization that have no values, it permeates the entire structure. The entire organization becomes rotten. Those five-star athletes that Alabama, Ohio State and Penn State pass on, are available for a reason.

I always felt Coker had a case for a lawsuit against UI admin.
I know the athletic dept had a lot of pissed off people about his situation.

thunder Collins would be a great interview wouldn't he ?

no one has heard one word from him since he got locked up after saying something like
' the world is going to know whats going on there in Lincoln, I am going to tell all, just wait /
well, ? Lets hear from one charged with murder about the happenings . Seriously, that would be an interesting conversation . Wonder where that dude is even at now .

So they don't think they have a case directly against the schools, so they're suing the NCAA?

Yes, all Bama recruits are high character guys lmao. They just had their top 3 players show they cannot read at the 6th grade level. SEC has helped kids pass class since the 60s. Saban even had to vacate wins in 2007. Abdullah was a Bama leftover and one of the best character guys Nebraksa has had.

Half of Nebraskas top recruits every year eventually leave. They claim to be "blue blood recruiters" but if you notice they always have a late recruiting class when they pick up their 4-star guys at the very end of the recruiting cycle pretty much getting sloppy seconds. They offer more guys than anyone else in the country, no way they can know the character on all of them. I hope they keep this spray and pray strategy going it has worked out well for them lately.

They get the 4 star ability guys that other schools discovered were 1 star people.

When the NCAA did little to nothing for a school that fostered child molestation for years it doesn't give me hope of there ever being "justice" in any of these situations.

You mean like the armed robber the clowns took? Lol

It's gonna be hard for braska to play innocent when you do everything you can to keep me kiddie porn on your team when the rest of the country knew he had no business on being there.
