I never said they were conspiracy theorists, I said they were crazy lefties...but since you brought it up... without looking up their posts (I e had at least 2 of those on ignore for years), I'm willing to wager all of them were all in on trump/Russia from day 1. I'd wager a guess that all of them fully believes there was a pee tape.
I think you've identified some leftie posters that would absolutely be led down any path their partisan news sources took them. You may be able to argue they're of the same constitution as some of the righties. That said, right wing media is saturated with more low quality batshit stuff, so you don't see as much attachment to batshit stuff on the left. (and yes, attracts more batshit sorts due to this, to an extent)
Just out of curiosity, what would you call setting up a meeting with Russian operatives in order to get damaging information about your political opponent? How about having your campaign manager meet with a Russian intel asset and handing over proprietary polling data used to target voters while the Russians were running a disinformation campaign designed to aid your reelection? Might want to look up the definition of “collusion” before you respond so I don’t have to provide it for you.

You can have people that are quite smart that get taken with baseless conspiracy theory. I don't think intelligence is as big of a factor as you think it is. (although it counts for something)
He's certainly an interesting poster. He doesn't get hysterical so you don't lump him with the nuts, but if you pay attention to his posts he agrees with them on all the issues. He just doesn't scream and gnash his teeth like a Ryan alt and participates in non-political threads.
