I say that because libertarians strive to reduce and eliminate government which does not lead to more free citizens but rather private entities taking that removed power and gathering outsized power. It leads to an authoritarian imbalance on the direction of plutocrats in which all laws are written for them and to squash the power of the people below them.

Libertarianism is a nebulous as fascism. There is/are liberaltarians but they may self-identify without understanding the definition or identify. I feel it's convenient means to be non-committal rather than a dedicated purpose for many people professing to be libertarian.
So, I don't take the term seriously. Like everything, it's my opinion and though I didn't consider it in my original response, now I express my views on libertarians. As for as the applicability of "economic fascism" it must be congruent with political authoritarianism to be successful.
