It's objective, like the temperature on a thermometer. We all get to reference the same shared reality. The temperature doesn't change in reality when you are ill or go through menopause. Can you answer a question for me? Assuming your ideal society includes much less or even no govt "protection" or involvement, isn't a fundamental component of that view fairness? A free society where everyone is free to do as they please is one that is fair. There are not certain groups given protections or advantages over others.
Until that utopia is established, in a system where the govt is involved in regulating and protecting, doesn't it make sense that those protections are applied fairly and equitably?

Technically, I really don't care about the system itself. It's a corrupt, rigged charade. I think it would serve people better to acknowledge it. But, if they don't, that's fine. I realize that a great many people embrace and enjoy the flaws and blatant hypocrisies it affords. Some people flat-out count on them. They exploit it!

I have come to understand a lot of this AFTER I experienced what I did in all that time. This is where I am with it, at this point. I haven't contributed my time or efforts to any campaigns since 2012. From 2007-2012, I was wrung-out.
Commenting and sharing my views is enjoyable for me. I'm not sure that I "bring it up", but if I do participate here, then it's likely that I will bring my perspective with me.

And you pretend that you have some imaginary "total freedom" because you choose to operate within those constraints...the same as almost everyone else. The only people who truly "do what they want" are sociopaths.
