My Rep. Spartz voted no. She's originally from Ukraine and I am guessing she wants assurances the House passes a Ukrainian aid bill.
I think they'll end up temporarily expanding McHenry's powers to get through the current crisis, funding the government, and giving Ukraine & Israel assistance. That will have to be done with bipartisan support.
