I can't understand why refs call jump balls like that. Gillis was doing everything he possibly could to wiggle away and they mugged him for a jump ball.

Purdue is looking really bad. Their point guard dribbles wayyyyy too much and their shooters are not making shots. You know teams are doubling Edey. You have to knock down wide open jumpers.
UConn’s guards are just too big for them. Completely disrupting offense

Blowout city. UConn perimeter players just look so much more athletic. They can get open at will.

They are more athletic but when the ball screener has their feet way outside the shoulders and the refs let the man with the ball hip check handoffs it’s impossible to defend.
That last uconn possession the ball carrier was allowed to skip while palming the ball. Far worse than normal.
