I’m laughing at all this Kentucky sympathy (on tv not forum). Boo-hoo.
Cal telling reporter in so many words that his team played down to their competition.
This scenario, the big names, Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona as another mentioned, years ago it was Syracuse blowing it so many times they get known for it.
And yet those schools have all won multiple national championships, but the losses and frustrations don’t go away.
I just watched Calipari suggest this team shouldn’t be remembered for this one last loss, but that is how it is..
And for me, and I hope others, it’s not lost on me that, although we wish we had Kentucky’s success, right now they’re saying the same things about their coach that we are…
It’s all relative. And the only way to ever truly be satisfied is the changes you have to make in your mind and how important you’re gonna let certain things be…🤷♂️
I’m ready for a new coach, but seriously at the end of the day….he has been a pretty good coach. All the good ones lose lots of games!
And before someone jumps in and tries to suggest yeah, but they’re all the same way… Come on man ultimately after so many losses, they all are similar!

Yeah, and I just saw another opinion about Kentucky’s young players being the most talented, but they can’t compete against the older NIL guys. I shot popcorn out of my nose. Just can’t make this stuff up.
Not a Callipari fan by any stretch, but that boneheaded play was all on UK's royalty Reed Sheppard....
I believe the last 2 years they have lost to a #14 seed. Too Bad!Soon to be 1-4 in their last 5 NCAA games for Kentucky.
One of only 2 Srs, the rest were freshman and sophomore.
You could see he was definitely up for the challenge
They are always pimping the fan bases now for more money! You can see how competitive this industry is nowadays when the blue buds are whining to their fans!

it just reminds me of how far away we are from even sniffing the second weekend....when you don't have a roster full of 4/5 stars you really need to be quick AND play tough defense - 2 qualities rarely present on our rosters on any given year....
If anything, I believe we’re learning that even the four and five stars don’t guarantee you anything…🤷♂️

Gonna get the bad version of Brodie tonight feels like. Not used to going against a dude his own size.
He's been good defensively but his 2 shots where no near close and that was a terrible turnover.
I STILL miss Joe T. That guy plays HARD.
We lack quickness/strength/above the rim players, but we do have some players with tournament level skills.
We need a coach that puts more value on defense and we need guards. I don't think you can make a deep NCAA run and be a 60th or worse ranked defense, without plus rebounders, or without athletic guards.
Even if Perkins returns, we're probably borderline to be able to make an NCAA run next year to sweet16, We really need Dimbelle to make huge strides in his game and that Freshman from Canada to be a difference maker, and Harding to make a big jump in his shooting. I don't think we can expect Fran to suddenly value defense more.
Isn't going to happen, but I'd take Devries Father and Son and give Fran his buyout money.
