Metcalf to OTC

It's not JUST that he's going to the OTC. It's this whole situation with him since OTT. Why the heck would he be planning on assisting a local Iowa high school as opposed to a job in the program that he was the one who pushed back to the top, at least on the mat? Now he's going to work at the OTC with Bill Zadick, whose brother was fired from the program and has an icy relationship w/ Brands at best now? There's no quotes by anyone from the Iowa program in the release. Something seems odd to me. I get that people may think I'm being overly sensitive to something or whatever, but something just doesn't add up about how this whole thing has played out to me.

Metcalf has spent the past 10 years living in Iowa City, Iowa, competing for the Hawkeyes and Hawkeye Wrestling Club. He will relocate to Colorado Springs, Colorado, in May with his wife, Kristen, and sons, Chase and Cole, to join the Team USA coaching staff.

"Iowa City is the greatest wrestling town in the world and I'll always be able to call it home," Metcalf said. "I met my wife here, we started our family here, and I've learned lessons and values from Tom and Terry Brands that continue to guide me in my everyday life.

"I'll always be a Hawkeye, and in my new role I'll continue to work with Hawkeyes on a national and international level. That will never change."

Not going to go that far champ. Vak is after all a Hawk Fan. I just don't agree with his theory, and trying to post examples of why, other than my own personal opinion. Just having a little fun.

And there are a couple of Lawyers that I've met that I like. Fortunately I don't know a lot of them (open ended statement, yes it was on purpose............).

LOL. Annoying supposed lawyer. Hilarious. What a great response. Do you write your own material? You should do this professionally.

I'm not "formulating my rebuttal". I stated my position and gave my reasoning. What should I do? Keep restating it back and forth? Nobody "shut me up", I stated my opinion and moved on with my life. I love when people talk on here like they never would in real life.
