I'm still not sure how SCOTUS can allow a state law to stand when it violates US Code.
Just look no farther than who is sitting in the SCOTUS seats, and you have the answer.
Its an illegitimate court.

As someone who has lived in Texas for 30 years I can tell you that no one here give a sh** what the corrupt pricks in Mexico think. Oh, and the most passionate people I know who are in favor of securing the border and stopping illegal immigration are Mexicans who came here legally.
