Every time I want Wisky to win they lose BUT kind of hoping they take down Michigan then we take care of the home court Tuesday and we catch up with both in the Big Ten standings. Optics would look much better for sure.

I will never root for Pissconsin. Ever.
I hate to be the one pointing this out but Michigan losing could potentially help Iowa in the BTT seeding.
If we beat MSU and Michigan next week at their place then I don’t think Michigan winning today will hurt us in the Big seedlings and them winning against Wisky will help us in the NCAAs.
Plus, it’s Wisconsin, come on. Not going to root for the Badgers.
What set Howard off at the end of the game? Was he calling out Gard for dirty play that he teaches his players? I only casually watched the second half, so I'm unsure what Howard was pissed off about. I'm guessing Howard will be suspended for that punch.
If Howard didn’t press when the game was decided WI wouldn’t have called the timeout. I hope the league hits MI with some substantial penalties.
Basically Howard thinks he's the only one allowed to coach at the end of the game. Got mad because Gard called a timeout to make adjustments. Either way Juwan is a bitch.

Well, if any coach deserves a punch to the face it would be Gard. He teaches a dirty brand of basketball. If Howard was calling him on it, good for him. It shouldn't lead to a fight though.
Woody Hayes is an example of what should be done. Iowa would fire Fran for that.
Not sure. He's the one that kept the press on after Wisky subbed to scrubs. Gard called a TO with 12 secs left maybe? Sounds like Howard wasn't even gonna do the hand shake line, but then tried to avoid shaking Gard's hand which started the words.
Not really. They were 4-20 vs. Iowa from three. It was the freshman Diabate, who went 12-15 from the paint that killed us...
IMO, Howard has always been a thug and always will be a thug. He can't handle getting his @@@ kicked by a perceived inferior team. Not to mention he left most of his first team on the floor after Gard put in the reserves. I don't blame Gard for calling a timeout when they started pressing. Howard is an embarrassment to Michigan and a disgrace to collegiate sports and should be fired.
He will be suspended for 10 minutes of the next game. Now, if he drew blood, that is a different matter.
Howard will be suspended, along with a couple of players I imagine. It takes a lot for me to defend Wisconsin, but if you're going to press with your starters against their scrubs then sit back and STFU. Bush league BS from a sore loser.

Up 15 with 15 seconds and calling time out because the other team is pressing? Howard should face penalties for sure, but, lets not pretend that Wisconsin was innocent in this. Gard was acting like a jerk and the Wisconsin assistant coach certainly escalated the situation.

It's a ****ing time out. Get a grip on yourself. TO's are there to be used, which should warrant a zero response from the opposing coach always.
