Howard started it when he poked his finger at the Wisky coach and said he wouldn't forget it. Wisky cleared the bench at the end of the game and Howard had several starters in still pressing - he was just POd by getting beat so bad.
But the bottom line - we've all witnessed verbal exchanges between coaches and players over the years in several sports but you don't start swinging at people. This is on Michigan and their a-hole coach. He also went after the Maryland coach last year and has had a few yelling incidents from his bench this year already. He was pouting about Gard calling a time out when Michigan was still pressing down 15. By the way, Gard does not teach dirty play.
Wisconsin was dirty then as well. See a pattern?
he certainly allows dirty play. I’d argue he teaches it. Too many players on the Badgers have crafty cheap shots to opposing teams.
There are a lot of believers out there...
