Gilman wrestled really well today. Both kids he wrestled today were pretty tough little fella's. Gilman even kept his cool when things got a bit "handsy" in the Finals. Good job Thomas! Well deserved Midlands Title.
Why would he be joking? He wrestled McDonough in the finals of the NCAA tourney as a RS frosh. That was 2010. 6 seasons ago.

Guessing it was something Terry said. He was pissed walking away from the mat.
OKay, one last thought. Trying to the get the girls to watch wrestling is an uphill battle. Tonight, I tried to get the girls to watch wrestling with me but they wanted to watch "Blackish". I even tried the "Sorensen is from Denver and we know Denver people" angle and it didn't work.
FWIW- The last time we watched wrestling, the girls were all for it until they realized that the Linn-Mar wrestler was going up against the guy with one leg. You see, we had ESPN on they had been watching all the promos and they all wanted Robles to win.
I blame ESPN.
