Minny really screwed up

After the call was overturned, that was very poor clock management. Should have just sneaked it or handed it off on 1st down. Then if you don't get it, take a time out.
I can see going for the win in that situation, but as I said in another post, you can't run sneak when you come up and see that Michigan is in a defensive front designed to take away sneak. Audible out of it or take the delay of game and kick the FG.

They could have run 3 plays easily in that amount of time. Quick pass play on 1st, with instructions to throw it away if it isn't there. Run on 2nd, call timeout if you don't get in, and kick the FG.

I don't mind going for it instead of going to OT from inside the 1, even at home. But you can't just decide you're going to try to sneak it no matter what look the defense gives. I would have given the old roll one way while the TE falls down and throw back a try.
Yah, and now Dienhart can keep his most beloved team in 3rd place ahead of the Hawks........not that we should care.
Took a nasty hit in the 3rd quarter, helmet got ripped off. Seemed fine though.
and that Minny qb was picking up short run yardage the entire night. Why did they throw it on the second to last play
