The EP was blocked, but you’re correct, we definitely can’t afford to miss on scoring opportunities.
That missed field goal was on the coaching staff. There must have been confusion because we had offensive line guys running on late, we weren’t settled, they rushed and tried to kick the field goal with a second left on the play clock. Should have called a timeout and settle everyone down.
3 straight games with a missed FG for our first scoring attempt. We've been able to overcome those, but would be very difficult to overcome next week and impossible the week after.

Wasn't a great day for Iowa Special teams. We had missed a FG and an extra point. Took a stupid punt catching interference penalty that ended up costing us points, We also let a couple punts roll into the end zone that could have been downed inside the 5. That being said we are THE LAST WESTERN DIVISION CHAMPS IN BIG 10 HISTORY!!!!!

Yep and remember those two punt coverage gaffs were Entringer taking CDJ's spot as gunner. Wanna bet that Coop downs that ball on the one? Hopefully Entringer has it up to speed next week...
No it was on Stevens. Got no elevation on either blocked FG. Not saying there was no scrambling/confusion, but the kicker was the reason for both blocks (and both kickoffs that went OOB). Good player but a terrible day.
