That’s why they kicked Quest to the curb: should do it to dozens more.

And the entity which reported those numbers to you (which you believed then) has since corrected the confusion, and now you don't believe them. And they have since corrected ALL reporting to avoid this issue.

So apparently, this claim was proven false. The mayor was documented, on film, providing the accurate information in a press briefing. The station who originally reported the story has retracted and apologized.
